Project Background:
This project is used for mounting the J weld seam scanner on the top cover of the reactor pressure vessel. The customer requires an AGV that can adapt to on-site working conditions and climb slopes up to 7 ° without interference from the bottom of the vehicle. It has a long endurance, supports wired network control, and needs to have protective and anti-collision functions. The vehicle body should be equipped with a lifting structure with a load capacity of over 600kg. It is necessary to achieve automatic inspection of the reactor, replacing manual inspection operations, and reducing the harm of nuclear radiation to human health.
Solution:
Hangfa provides the OmniTurtle AGV model with a carrying capacity of 250kg, using a wheat wheel system mobile platform that can operate in all directions. The AGV vehicle adopts laser navigation method, with a positioning accuracy of within 20mm, and can accept upper computer dispatch control. It is compatible with wired remote control, supports wired network, equipped with 30m Ethernet cable and aviation plug, and can be used flexibly and diversely. The maximum driving speed can reach 200mm/s (adjustable speed), and the climbing ability is not less than 7 °. The battery life of the lithium battery is not less than 3 hours, and it is equipped with an external power cord and aviation plug. It supports charging while running, ensuring that the device can operate for a long time. The AGV has a protection level of IP54 and can provide metal radiation shielding protection for important components. It can also seal and protect gaps where water may seep in. Under the action of collision radar, the minimum approach distance to obstacles can reach 50mm.
