After traveling a certain distance or reaching a certain age of use, the bogie of the vehicle body needs to be repaired. Generally divided into disassembly, laser paint removal, dry ice cleaning and other processes. In the past, the method of repairing bogies used crane lifting, which repeatedly occupied crane resources and had certain risks, increasing labor costs. The customer requires an AGV that can automatically transfer the bogie between various processes without the operator moving, reduce the risk of crane lifting, and effectively control the time used in each process, improving personnel and assembly efficiency.
Hangfa provides a Mecanum wheel omnidirectional AGV with a carrying capacity of 10 tons, which uses magnetic stripe navigation to achieve automatic flow between workstations. The AGV lifts the material tray at any workstation to separate it from the tray support legs. After moving to the designated workstation, the AGV descends to accurately place the material tray onto the tray support legs. The material tray and the tray support legs are designed with holes and cones respectively, ensuring that the position of the material tray is fixed every time the AGV picks up the goods. Install RFID sensors on the AGV platform to enable the AGV to sense the RFID tags installed below the material tray and obtain information, thereby uploading the information to the workshop MES system. Solved the problem of placing multiple bogies simultaneously in a small workshop space, effectively improving the cleaning output on site.
