In the petrochemical industry, the main engine assembly area and the whole machine assembly area need to frequently transport overweight components such as large structural parts. The traditional transportation mode relying on manual driving of forklifts or cranes has problems such as low efficiency, prominent safety hazards, and rising labor costs. The customer requires a 40t lifting heavy-duty AGV to solve the pain points of high human-machine cross risk and difficult multi process collaboration in the transportation of heavy workpieces. It has autonomous navigation, precise positioning, and lifting docking functions to meet the requirements of assembly line rhythm synchronization and help enterprises build digital factories.
Hangfa Robotics has developed and produced a 40t lifting heavy-duty AGV based on the OmniTitan series vehicles, which is used for automated transportation in the main assembly area and the whole machine assembly area. Laser navigation is used indoors, while magnetic stripe (or magnetic nail) navigation is used outdoors. It can adapt to indoor and outdoor (including rainy days) operating environments, and can achieve omnidirectional movement under both no-load and full load conditions. The AGV cooperates with the ground lifting mechanism, which is linked and exchanges data with the AGV scheduling system through a PLC system to complete the interaction between the AGV and the lifting mechanism. The AGV logistics conveying system solution designed by the aircraft engine robot, combined with the existing layout of the workshop, meets the assembly needs of small batches and multiple varieties. The design of equipment, fixtures, and tools on the production line meets ergonomic requirements; Realize automation of assembly operations through manual assisted assembly methods. The production line operation significantly reduces the labor intensity of operators and improves assembly efficiency.
