Project Background:

The reusable spacecraft has a size of 6500 × 4700 and comes with a bracket, which is of high value. Before transferring the equipment from other places to the final assembly workshop, it needs to be unloaded in the factory and then enter a specific space for processing. The customer requires an AGV that can pass through narrow spaces, has high operational accuracy, is collision free, has obstacle avoidance function, can be used for turning, turning, and lateral paths in place, has explosion-proof function and has passed explosion-proof certification, and has a sense of technology.

Solution:

Hangfa provides the OmniTurtle model omnidirectional AGV with a carrying capacity of 10 tons, and the wheel system adopts Mecanum wheels. AGV adopts explosion-proof design and has obtained EXDT2BT4 explosion-proof certification. The adjustable accuracy is better than ± 1mm, with high operational accuracy, and can easily achieve actions such as stationary rotation, U-turn, and lateral movement. AGV with laser obstacle avoidance function can achieve non-contact obstacle avoidance. By using two control methods, QR code automatic navigation and remote control, the safe operation of spacecraft can be achieved.
