Single transporters lack sufficient load capacity or stable horizontal transfer precision, especially for coordinated handling of slender workpieces. Hangfa Robotics’ transporter employs Mecanum wheels, offering 10t single-vehicle and 20t dual-vehicle coordinated load capacity. Its hydraulic lifting mechanism and custom chassis design enable effortless access beneath railcars for component lifting. Featuring multi-level safety systems, dual vehicles maintain millimeter-level synchronization during straight/curved paths, eliminating deviation risks. Centered on "intelligent synchronization," this solution overcomes traditional limitations, delivering safe, efficient, and precise heavy-component transfer for rail transit maintenance.
