Application of 80t production line AGV in the assembly of wind power chassis and components

Project Background:

When assembling wind power chassis, rotating supports, etc., they need to be installed one by one at different workstations, and traditional rail cars cannot effectively transfer them to the next workstation or outdoor storage. The customer requires an AGV that can place various components on both sides of the production line, and can shuttle back and forth under the rack between workstations to transport according to the installation process, effectively controlling the installation time of each process. At the same time, it can transport large components that have already been installed indoors and outdoors, and work together with other equipment on the production line to form an automated production line.

Solution:

Hangfa provides the OmniTitan model AGV with a carrying capacity of 80 tons. The AGV is equipped with navigation sensors and uses ribbon navigation. In the yaw production line, precise positioning can be achieved through ribbon navigation and QR codes. With high-precision stopping performance, it accurately matches the mechanical arm and chassis flipping station on the yaw production line. AGV adopts hydraulic lifting method to lift the tooling rack, and any required components can be placed on the flat surface of the tooling rack.
