The self weight of the rubber coil is 40t, with a maximum diameter of 5m, and the long axis diameter of the elliptical material coil is 6m; Maximum finished size of rubber coil: 2700 × 5000 × 5000; Minimum diameter: 2700 × 1000mm. There is a slope at the entrance of the outdoor storage and workshop, which is about 1.5m~2m long and descends by 20 centimeters. The working conditions are complex. The customer requires an AGV with 7 stations, each with call and cancel functions, and each line with a separate call function. Each station can display the current AGV operation status, queue situation, current location, etc. in real time.
Solution:
Hangfa provides rubber coil heavy-duty AGV with a carrying capacity of 40t. The body adopts modular design, and the upper end of the body is equipped with a manually adjustable saddle, which can adapt to rubber coils of different diameters. The vehicle's wheel system adopts an omnidirectional differential steering wheel, which can be independently driven and hydraulically suspended by the driving unit, ensuring that multiple wheels are evenly stressed and run smoothly. It has strong climbing and obstacle crossing abilities and can adapt to complex working conditions on site. The whole vehicle has functions such as omnidirectional operation, automatic charging, laser obstacle avoidance, collision avoidance and edge contact. The motion controller independently developed by Hangfa can obtain all parameters of AGV operation in real time, and has self diagnosis and alarm functions. The alarm information can be viewed through the AGV's built-in touch screen or on the scheduling system interface, making it convenient for users to troubleshoot equipment failures. Call the overloaded AGV equipment through MES to complete the conveying task.
