With transformer products developing towards ultra-high voltage and large capacity, the internal transfer of components has become a critical node in the production process. Traditional transfer methods suffer from low efficiency and poor flexibility, fixed transfer routes that struggle to adapt to flexible production layout adjustments, high safety risks—especially for overweight components under manual operation—low space utilization, and high management costs. Customers of Hangfa Robotics urgently needed to introduce an automated heavy-load material transfer solution with high load capacity, precision, intelligence, and flexibility.

Solution:

As a leading heavy-duty AGV manufacturer in China, Hangfa Robotics provided AGVs from the OmniTitan series, featuring a 300-ton load capacity for workshop transportation of large components. The AGVs employ multi-wheel set independent drive and collaborative control technology to ensure smooth movement and flexible steering under loads of hundreds of tons, adapt to relatively narrow workshop aisles, and achieve centimeter-level positioning accuracy in complex indoor environments for precise docking. The vehicle body is equipped with a hydraulic lifting system that enables stable lifting and transfer of heavy components. Advanced sensors monitor the load status in real-time to ensure smooth operations and enhance transport safety.
