In the mechanical manufacturing industry, large critical components often exceed hundreds of tons in weight. The in-plant transfer of these components has long been a significant bottleneck. Traditional transfer methods rely heavily on manual expertise, posing risks such as shaking, collisions, and safety hazards. Conventional approaches require clearing the work area, repeatedly adjusting lifting positions, and feature rigid transfer paths with poor flexibility. These processes occupy core equipment and human resources for extended periods. To address these pain points and achieve logistics modernization in heavy manufacturing, Hangfa Robotics’ customers sought to introduce a 200-ton heavy-duty AGV with high load capacity, flexibility, and intelligence as a key solution.
Hangfa Robotics developed a heavy-duty AGV using the OmniTitan model. With a load capacity of 200 tons, the vehicle features omnidirectional movement capabilities, high positioning accuracy, and a low-profile design. Equipped with a comprehensive safety protection system, it eliminates risks associated with manual operation of heavy equipment while significantly enhancing large component transfer efficiency. The AGV adapts to narrow passages and diverse operational environments, enabling mechanical manufacturing enterprises to overcome heavy logistics bottlenecks and build a future-ready core transport capability characterized by safety, efficiency, and intelligence.
