Application of 1t tray AGV for transferring workpieces

Project Background:

The aerospace manufacturing industry is characterized by large workpiece volume, high precision requirements, and complex processes. Typical workpieces, structural components, etc. can weigh up to 1 ton per piece and must meet millimeter level positioning accuracy requirements during transportation. The current transportation mode in the industry has problems such as low efficiency, high labor costs, and safety hazards. Hangfa Robotics' customers urgently need to improve the quality and efficiency of the manufacturing process through intelligent logistics equipment.

Solution:

An AGV provided by Hangfa Robotics, equipped with the OmniTurtle model, has a carrying capacity of 1 ton and can operate in all directions with high positioning accuracy, ensuring safe and stable transportation of components. The flexible production line is adaptable to multiple scenarios and has strong adaptability to complex environments. After being applied in the factory, the AGV effectively improved the efficiency of workpiece transportation, reduced manual intervention, and saved handling costs. By reverse optimizing the process route through AGV transportation data, efficient circulation of workshop workpieces can be achieved, providing a benchmark example for the intelligent upgrading of the industry.
