Hangfa Robotics provided a 3-ton Mecanum wheel transport vehicle (OmniTurtle series), integrating omnidirectional mobility, intelligent lifting, and remote-control technologies to effectively address the challenges of heavy workpiece handling in rail transportation. Designed for compact workshop layouts, the vehicle achieves 360° free movement, enabling lateral, diagonal, and in-place rotation in narrow aisles. Its smooth, vibration-free lifting mechanism ensures zero damage to precision components. This solution significantly reduces assembly cycles, lowers labor costs, and lays a hardware foundation for digital workshop upgrades.
