In the field of aerospace manufacturing, high-precision drilling operations for large structural components face multiple challenges. Traditional fixed machining equipment is difficult to adapt to the positioning requirements of oversized components, and manual operations have problems such as low efficiency and poor consistency. Hangfa Robotics' customer requires an AGV omnidirectional mobile platform equipped with a robotic arm for operation.
A heavy-duty AGV provided by Hangfa Robotics with a carrying capacity of 4 tons, customized design according to customer needs, and wheel system using Mecanum wheels developed by AVIC. The adjustable accuracy is better than ± 1mm, and the repeatability is less than 5mm. The auxiliary robotic arm achieves precise positioning, and the robotic arm equipped with eccentric load runs stably and omnidirectional, achieving high-precision drilling operations and adapting to the on-site working environment. The AGV of aerospace robots has promoted the upgrading of the aerospace industry towards efficiency, greenness, and digitization, providing reliable technical support for enterprise production and manufacturing.
