Project Background:


In the large-scale metal smelting industrial system, the cross workshop transportation of high-temperature molten metal is the core link to ensure production continuity. Traditional transportation methods generally suffer from the problem of manual driving being limited to fixed routes and difficult to adapt to the flexible production needs of multiple workshops; Forklift transportation poses a risk of metal liquid shaking and overturning; Ordinary AGVs have insufficient load-bearing capacity and weak high-temperature resistance. Hangfa Robotics' customers require an AGV to improve the safety of transportation in the factory area and meet the needs of cross workshop round-trip transportation in the smelting industry.

Hangfa Robotics offers the OmniRhino series of AGVs with a carrying capacity of 20 tons. Through customized design, the AGV adopts a backpack style design, which has smooth acceleration and deceleration, effectively reducing the shaking of workpieces during transportation. The vehicle can automatically travel along the designated route within the factory area and complete transportation tasks according to instructions. Equipped with a multi-level software protection system, it effectively ensures safety during operation and improves the efficiency of cross workshop round-trip transportation.
