15t Transport Vehicle Applied to Component Transport

Project Background:

In the mechanical manufacturing industry, the in plant transportation of large components is a key link in the production process. With the development of high-end equipment towards heaviness and integration, the weight of a single component can reach 15 tons, and traditional forklifts and manual carts are no longer able to meet the demand. The industry urgently needs to develop specialized transportation equipment for adapting components, with a carrying capacity of ≥ 15t and a low chassis design, with omnidirectional mobility to cope with narrow workshop environments, equipped with intelligent systems to ensure the safe transportation of precision components and long endurance.

Solution:

Hangfa Robotics provides the OmniRhino AGV model with a load-bearing capacity of 15 tons. It adopts a modular design, customizes the body size, and is equipped with a hydraulic lifting mechanism that can adjust the ground clearance height and adapt to the loading and unloading of different specifications of components to ensure transportation stability. Compared to traditional transportation equipment, it reduces energy consumption costs and, through an IoT management platform, can monitor vehicle status in real-time, plan optimal routes, and effectively improve logistics efficiency within the factory.
