With the acceleration of intelligent transformation in the manufacturing industry, the material transfer process in the workshop is facing dual challenges of efficiency improvement and flexible production. Traditional workshop assembly lines commonly use manual forklifts and other transportation methods, which have problems such as high labor intensity, rigid equipment layout, and difficulty in matching flexible production requirements with transportation rhythms, making it difficult to meet lean production requirements. Therefore, the customer requires an AGV with autonomous navigation capability, a 1-ton shuttle style AGV system, to achieve intelligent material transfer in the production transfer line of the workshop.
Hangfa Robotics is based on the OmniRhino series of vehicles and has developed and produced a 1t shuttle style AGV with a lifting stroke of 200mm. It is mainly used for material transfer and distribution operations on production transfer lines in workshops, supporting tooling support for lifting, handling, and lowering. The vehicle is equipped with multi-level safety protection such as front and rear laser obstacle avoidance, front and rear collision detection, emergency stop button, etc., making the operation process safe and reliable. Multiple shuttle style AGVs equipped with aerial robots can collaborate and transport materials according to task priority levels to complete material handling tasks.
