The customer requires an AGV that can revolutionize the outdoor transportation scene in the factory area through automated logistics equipment. It needs to meet the demand for fully automated transportation of large mining structural components and materials, and help enterprises build a smart logistics system.

Solution:

Hangfa Robotics has developed an outdoor logistics AGV transport vehicle based on the OmniRhino series of vehicles, with a rated load capacity of 20 tons. It is mainly used for automated transportation of large mining structure materials. AGV navigation has high positioning accuracy, using laser navigation for indoor operation and GPS navigation for outdoor operation. The scheduling system configured for AGV can provide real-time feedback on the AGV's position, current working status, and other information, improving the convenience and efficiency of scheduling work. According to the project requirements, the AGV transport vehicle is selected as a backpack type AGV model, using an OmniRhino differential steering wheel and universal wheel system, which has a certain climbing and obstacle crossing ability. The entire vehicle can achieve all-round movement and meet the high load-bearing capacity requirements under both empty and full load conditions. AGV has waterproof performance. The electrical cabinet and cabinet door are treated with waterproof structure, and the upper cover plate structure is treated with waterproof diversion, making AGV safe and reliable for outdoor operation.
