Traditional workshop material transfer relies on manual forklifts or trailers, which suffer from low efficiency, high labor costs, and high error rates in handling. Particularly in high-frequency, multi-batch assembly line distribution scenarios, this often leads to production line downtime due to material shortages, impacting overall productivity. The customer required an AGV with autonomous navigation capabilities—specifically, a magnetic navigation material distribution AGV—to optimize production cycles and achieve lean logistics management.
Hangfa Robotics provided its independently developed and manufactured magnetic navigation material distribution AGV from the T Series, with load capacities of 1t and 1.5t, designed for material transfer and distribution tasks within workshop production assembly lines. The 1t and 1.5t AGVs feature a lifting stroke of 60mm, supporting the lifting, transport, and placement of materials (including pallets) weighing up to 1t and 1.5t, respectively.The AGV integrates a dynamic logistics system equipped with multi-vehicle traffic control functionality. It is configured with a scheduling system, automatic charging stations, and interactive roll-up door modules, simplifying operational management and daily maintenance while significantly reducing errors in material delivery and mixing.
