With the rapid development of China's power industry, the weight of large equipment has increased and the external dimensions are huge. The customer requires an 18t lifting heavy-duty AGV with omnidirectional mobility, which can achieve lateral translation, stationary turning, and oblique travel functions, adapt to irregular transportation paths, and adopt a low center of gravity truss structure to ensure dynamic load-bearing safety. Intelligent production and on-site installation of equipment in the power industry provide core transportation support.

Solution:

Based on the OmniTitan series of vehicles, Hangfa Robotics has developed and produced an 18t heavy-duty omnidirectional transport vehicle, which is suitable for transporting large-sized and large tonnage workpieces. It can achieve omnidirectional movement under both empty and full load conditions, with adjustable movement accuracy of ± 5mm. The overall protection level of the vehicle reaches IP54, enabling the handling of workpieces inside and outside the workshop, making transportation more flexible, efficient, economical, safe, and reliable.
