Hangfa Robotics is based on the OmniRhino series of vehicle models and has developed and produced AGV lifting and transportation vehicles. After customized design, the single vehicle carrying capacity can reach up to 30t, mainly used for cross workshop round-trip transportation in the smelting industry. The overall design of AGV takes into account the complexity of the operating environment, with a protection level of IP66 and a lighting system that enables it to operate in outdoor environments, adapt to harsh weather conditions such as rainy and snowy days, and meet the needs of night work. Adopting a backpack AGV design, it has smooth acceleration and deceleration, effectively reducing the shaking of workpieces during transportation. The control methods are flexible and diverse, including manual, automatic, and semi-automatic modes, which can achieve precise control of single or multiple AGVs. The navigation adopts composite navigation technologies such as magnetic stripe navigation, magnetic nail navigation, and inertial navigation, enabling vehicles to automatically travel along the prescribed route within the factory area and complete transportation tasks according to instructions. The heavy-duty differential wheels are selected as the driving wheels, ensuring the vehicle's adaptability to the road surface when operating outdoors. Equipped with non-contact laser anti-collision sensors and multi-level software protection system, effectively ensuring safety during operation.
