The weight of the components under the vehicle is within 2t, and they are installed from bottom to top. When installing, they need to be aligned with the installation holes. The customer requires an AGV with built-in lifting function, high precision adjustable single bike, and track crossing function, which is a specialized equipment for the manufacturing and maintenance of rail vehicles, as well as the disassembly, installation, and transportation of large components under the vehicle.

Solution:

Hangfa provides the OmniTurtle model of Mecanum wheel lift AGV with a carrying capacity of 2t. The wheel system adopts four active Mecanum wheels, which can smoothly pass through the track wheel flange groove with a width of 70mm and a height of 20mm in any direction. And it can be remotely controlled for orientation (compatible with both wireless and wired), with an adjustable accuracy of ± 1mm for the entire vehicle.
