Project Background:

Traction inverter is an electrical equipment used for urban rail transit vehicles. Its function is to receive electrical energy from the DC power supply network and output three-phase AC voltage with variable voltage and frequency according to instructions, driving the traction motors of both vehicles. The traction inverter needs to be installed at the bottom of the urban rail transit vehicle, with a weight of less than 5 tons. The customer requires an AGV that can achieve all-round movement such as lateral movement and stationary rotation. The platform can be lifted to a height of 1.8m above the ground, with high operational accuracy and a repeat positioning accuracy of less than 1mm.

Solution:

Hangfa provides the OmniTurtle model of the Mecanum wheel AGV, with a carrying capacity of 5 tons, which can be equipped with traction inverters and auxiliary inverters to achieve the installation of components under the vehicle. By using a heavy-duty Mecanum wheel system, it is easy to achieve movements such as stationary rotation, tilting, and lateral movement. The scissor frame mechanism using oil cylinder lifting can lift the inverter to the installation height, with sufficient mechanical strength and rigidity. The lifting process is smooth and safe, with adjustable accuracy better than ± 1mm and repeatability less than 5mm, which can assist the inverter in precise positioning and installation.
