100kg omnidirectional mobile platform applied to chemical experiments

Project Background:

As the objects of chemical research become increasingly complex and high-dimensional, the problems of high cost and long cycle span in traditional research paradigms are becoming increasingly prominent. This project needs to combine big data science with artificial intelligence technology. The customer requires an AGV with a fully automatic and movable robotic arm that can replace manual chemical testing. The robotic arm itself does not have movement function, so it needs to be equipped with a movable platform that can move in full range and has high positioning accuracy to carry the robotic arm for movement.

Solution:

Hangfa provides the OmniTurtle AGV model with a carrying capacity of 100kg, and the wheel system adopts McNam wheels. The platform has a mechanical arm installation interface, which can be integrated with the mechanical department to ultimately achieve unmanned chemical laboratory. It can achieve secondary development, development scheduling, fully automatic navigation, and automatic charging. AGV has adjustable accuracy better than ± 1mm, flexible movement, and is very suitable for precision positioning conditions.
