Project Background:
The electromagnetic compatibility testing experiment requires the detectable range of the testing equipment to cover 1-4m, and the height of the testing equipment itself to be within 1.5m. It needs to be mounted on a movable lifting platform to meet the detection range. The customer requires an AGV that can move horizontally and rotate in place in all directions, resist electromagnetic interference, have a lifting stroke of 2.2m and a deflection of less than 0.5% of the lifting height during the lifting process, and can achieve semi-automatic navigation.
Solution:
Hangfa provides the OmniTurtle model with a Mecanum wheel AGV, which has a carrying capacity of 3.5 tons and can be equipped with electromagnetic compatibility testing equipment to achieve precise detection tasks. By using a heavy-duty Mecanum wheel system, it is easy to achieve movements such as stationary rotation, tilting, and lateral movement. Adopting electromagnetic shielding treatment, the equipment will not be damaged in a 200V/m field strength environment within the frequency range. The scissor frame mechanism using hydraulic cylinder lifting has sufficient mechanical strength and rigidity, and the deflection during lifting is less than 0.5% of the lifting height. And it adopts PGV QR code semi-automatic navigation, with a navigation accuracy of ± 2mm.
