Large transformers have a large volume and require a high-altitude work platform for easy assembly and maintenance by personnel. Traditional high-altitude work platforms are not flexible and have inaccurate movement positions. The customer requires an AGV equipped with a high-altitude work platform that can move in all directions, transport and lift personnel or objects, and has high operational and positioning accuracy.

Solution:

Hangfa provides the OmniTurtle scissor lift platform vehicle with a carrying capacity of 480kg and a lifting stroke of 10m. The mobile platform can carry staff and materials for transportation and lifting. By using a heavy-duty Mecanum wheel system, it is easy to achieve movements such as stationary rotation, tilting, and lateral movement; The scissor frame mechanism using hydraulic cylinder lifting has a total of 5 levels of scissor frames, with sufficient mechanical strength and rigidity. The lifting process is smooth and safe, with adjustable accuracy better than ± 0.5mm and repeatability less than 5mm. It can assist in the precise positioning of transformers for installation and maintenance.
