Project Background:

The working space at the bottom of large carriages is narrow and the equipment is heavy, making it difficult to operate and posing high safety risks. The customer requires an equipment transfer vehicle that can be raised/lowered to a designated position to replace traditional vehicles, air cushion vehicles, and RGVs for disassembly and assembly operations; Lift up to 1.5m off the ground; Can move horizontally, rotate in place, and move in all directions; High operational accuracy, with a repeat positioning accuracy of less than 1mm.

Solution:

Hangfa provides three OmniTurtle series equipment transfer vehicles, with carrying capacities of 1t, 3t, and 5t respectively. Equipped with Mecanum wheels, it can easily achieve in-situ rotation, tilting, and lateral movement. The transfer vehicle adopts a scissor frame mechanism with oil cylinder lifting, which has sufficient mechanical strength and rigidity, and the lifting process is smooth and safe. The adjustable accuracy is better than ± 1mm, and the repeatability is less than 5mm. It can assist in the precise positioning and installation of equipment under the vehicle, making disassembly and assembly operations safer, more reliable, and simple to operate.
