Project Background:

When constructing a new vehicle body, transformers and fuel tanks need to be installed under the vehicle, and after a certain period of use, they need to be replaced or repaired. The transformer and oil tank are all located at the bottom of the vehicle. Generally, a manual hydraulic trolley is used to push the components to the bottom of the vehicle, and the components are lifted to a certain height for installation by hydraulic lifting. It is necessary to manually push the hydraulic trolley to align the holes of the components with the threaded holes on the vehicle, and the entire process takes a lot of time. The customer requires a transfer vehicle that can easily access holes and has hydraulic lifting function, with adjustable lifting speed, which can effectively improve personnel and assembly efficiency.

Solution:

Hangfa provides a 5-ton Mecanum wheel omnidirectional transfer vehicle, which is driven by four servo motors each to drive one Mecanum wheel, allowing the vehicle to perform composite movements such as forward, backward, lateral, and self rotation. The operating speed is adjustable in six gears, allowing components to run slowly when approaching the bottom of the vehicle. The transfer vehicle adopts ultra-low speed gear to fine tune the body, which can achieve precise alignment between threaded holes and component holes. The vehicle body adopts hydraulic lifting method, with adjustable lifting speed in 6 levels, and the ultra-low speed level can achieve fine adjustment of lifting, with an adjustable accuracy of ± 5mm. Hydraulic lifting on the upper plane, with a height difference of 5mm at the four corners. This function can achieve small distance adjustment between the lifting components and the bottom of the vehicle, so that the components carried by the upper platform are in contact with the bottom of the vehicle.
