Project Background:

Large vehicles usually have narrow space under the vehicle, making operations difficult. The customer requires a transfer vehicle for the dismantling and installation process of the offline groove. Equipped with lifting function, it can be raised/lowered to a designated position to replace the traditional disassembly and assembly solutions of overhead vehicles, air cushion vehicles, and RGVs, making disassembly and assembly operations safer and more reliable, simple and easy to operate, and improving work efficiency.

Solution:

Hangfa provides the OmniTurtle series cable tray installation and transfer vehicle with a load-bearing capacity of 3 tons. By using the Mecanum wheel, it is easy to achieve all-round movement such as stationary rotation, oblique movement, and lateral movement. The transfer vehicle adopts a scissor frame mechanism with oil cylinder lifting, which has sufficient mechanical strength and rigidity, and can be lifted to a height of 1.8m above the ground. The lifting process is smooth and safe. The adjustable precision of the transfer vehicle is better than ± 1mm, and the repeatability is less than 5mm, which can assist in the precise positioning and installation of equipment under the vehicle.
