Aircraft intelligent manufacturing workshops usually use traditional track based or fixed robotic arm working modes, which have a single working path, limited working range, and low efficiency. Especially when building new factories, it is necessary to lay separate tracks, which incurs high costs. The customer requires an AGV that can be equipped with a robotic arm to move in any direction within the factory building, achieving precise docking and positioning to reduce equipment investment and lower maintenance and management costs.
Hangfa provides the OmniTurtle model omnidirectional AGV with a carrying capacity of 3t. The AGV can be equipped with a snake shaped robotic arm, which can achieve precise positioning of the robotic arm and complete assembly work through ribbon and QR code navigation. The AGV adopts four sets of Mecanum wheel systems, with four sets of fully active wheels and a swing suspension structure. Swing mechanical limits are set on both sides of the swing shaft to limit the maximum swing angle and ensure that the vehicle will not tilt, making production and application more flexible.
