Application of 1t heavy-duty omnidirectional vehicle for assembly warehouse distribution

Project Background:


This project needs to meet the requirements of the distribution function of the assembly warehouse, be linked with the intelligent warehousing equipment in the warehouse, and be able to be uniformly integrated into the logistics management system. The customer requires an AGV that has the ability to cross level crossing tracks and has a long service life, capable of achieving automatic forward material distribution and reverse empty vehicle return.

 



Solution:


Hangfa provides 8 OmniRhino-C AGVs with a carrying capacity of 1 ton. The wheel system is supported by 40000 directional wheels, and the dual differential steering wheel drive unit can achieve omnidirectional movement in the horizontal plane. The software system has tracking and monitoring capabilities, which can reflect the real-time operation status and abnormal information of AGV, and can be linked with intelligent storage equipment in the warehouse for unified management. Configure automatic and manual control modes, which can obtain instructions through wireless communication modules to complete material handling, or manually control the AGV's movement and lifting to complete handling. In the event of a power outage or equipment malfunction, manual unlocking of the wheels is supported, and the entire vehicle can be moved by external forces for rescue.
