Project Background:
The products in the factory are assembled in three stages. During the assembly process, the products are fixed and moved by the operators on the workbench according to the assembly rhythm. Each time the personnel alternate, the tools need to be counted, which is tedious and does not achieve a pulsating assembly flow with fixed workstations and personnel. The customer requires an AGV that can transport the product assembly vehicles in the factory from the third stage workstation to the first stage workstation, achieving the flow and assembly of products.
Solution:
Hangfa provides a heavy-duty AGV car for final assembly, with a carrying capacity of 2t. It adopts dual differential drive and can achieve straight, lateral, and other forms of movement. The car adopts fluorescent ribbon navigation and one-dimensional code positioning method, which can accept upper computer scheduling control and is also compatible with wired remote control. The center point navigation positioning accuracy is ± 10mm. The small car can enter the bottom of the product assembly vehicle and carry the assembly vehicle between various workstations for operation. And it can complete the process of "entering the track - reaching the given position - lifting the assembly vehicle - transferring the assembly vehicle", and can stop urgently in any state. After the system restarts, the previous operation command will no longer be executed. The scheduling system of the small car can control the assembly vehicle and assembly platform, and open all interfaces for easy integration with the factory ERP system or other systems in the future.
