The tooling needs to be sent into a vacuum processing furnace for high-temperature treatment, but in the past, manual forklifts or large-sized transport vehicles were used in the factory for tooling transportation, and they were unable to move in all directions, resulting in a large footprint during operation. This led to the installation of a vacuum furnace requiring a large footprint and unable to meet the needs of automatic transportation in the factory. The customer requires an AGV forklift that can operate fully automatically or move in all directions to replace the current handling equipment, achieve automatic handling of tooling, and reduce the risk of dangerous operations.
Solution:
Hangfa provides a heavy-duty omnidirectional vehicle for the OmniRhino model, with a carrying capacity of 6.5 tons. The AGV forklift is dispatched through the scheduling system to transfer the tooling from the storage location to the high-temperature furnace, and can also be controlled by a remote control to move the AGV forklift. The fork arms of AGV forklifts can move left and right to adapt to different tooling sizes, and the up and down lifting can adapt to picking up goods from tooling storage positions at different heights, as well as adapting to the high temperature inside the furnace at different heights. The AGV forklift adopts a differential steering wheel system, which can achieve omnidirectional movement; There is a laser navigation sensor installed on the top of the rear side, which can be used for navigation control; The bottom mounted ribbon navigation sensor can perform precise operation and positioning during operation at the bottom of the high-temperature furnace.
