With the increasing size of diesel engines, customers' existing 6-ton wheat wheel AGVs are no longer able to accommodate large diesel engines of all weights. The customer requires an AGV that can transport diesel engines between various workstations automatically, with a heavy load capacity, and can achieve the transfer of larger diesel engines.
Hangfa provides a steering wheel AGV with a carrying capacity of 12 tons, which partially overlaps with the original 6-ton AGV's driving route. The main road adopts QR code navigation, and precise walking is achieved through magnetic stripe navigation when entering and exiting the workstation to ensure that the gap between the bracket and the platform is maintained at an appropriate distance; When stopping at the workstation, a QR code is used for precise positioning, ensuring that the distance between the fixture and the platform is controllable in both front and back, left and right directions. This solves the problem of small on-site space but the need to place multiple diesel engines, achieving fully automatic operation. On the basis of automatic operation, the 12t AGV can also receive calls for diesel engine transfer within 6t, effectively improving the production capacity of diesel engines. AGV is equipped with laser obstacle avoidance sensors, which can ensure the safety of AGV and passing personnel during driving.
