Application of 10t omnidirectional intelligent vehicle for transportation of large equipment compone

Project Background:

This project is used for the transportation and installation of large equipment components (with a weight of less than 10 tons) under railway vehicles in the factory building. The car is narrow and difficult to operate, and the customer requires an omnidirectional car. When installing equipment components, the position deviation between the circular holes should be less than 2mm, and the lifting platform should have good fine-tuning function to ensure quick alignment with the installation holes in a short period of time.

Solution:

Hangfa provides the OmniRihno model omnidirectional intelligent vehicle with a carrying capacity of 10 tons. The wheel system adopts four sets of active steering wheel sets, which can achieve longitudinal, transverse, and rotational fine-tuning. It can traverse a track with a height difference of about 20mm and smoothly pass through a 70mm wide track flange groove in any direction. The intelligent car is equipped with a scissor lift mechanism, which can lift large equipment components to a height of 0.55m for hole installation. The wheel system adopts servo drive, with high control accuracy and can adapt to docking accuracy within 2mm, reducing docking time.
