Project Background:

Large containers can weigh from several tons to tens of tons, with a maximum length and width of up to 14000mm × 3300mm. The containers were originally operated between assembly lines by workers driving trailers or forklifts, with high risk factors, low assembly accuracy, and high labor costs. The customer requires an AGV that can be used for logistics transportation of container products (high-voltage reactive power compensation devices, high-voltage switches, energy storage containers, etc.) within the rated load range in the factory area.

Solution:

Hangfa provides the OmniTitan AGV model with a carrying capacity of 30t. The wheel system adopts an omnidirectional differential steering wheel, which can withstand an impact load of 1.5 times the rated load. It is compatible with the transportation of different specifications of container products and has overload alarm function. Full load climbing ≥ 5 °, strong adaptability and passability to the ground. Adopting an active suspension system with reliable performance, it can evenly distribute force on multiple wheels, ensuring smooth transportation.
