Project Background:
To complete the transportation task of parts trays and partial assemblies in the laser workshop for shipbuilding, some components need to be transported from the laser workshop to the outside, including 10 transportation routes, and the on-site environment and road conditions are complex. The customer requires an AGV that can travel along a specified guide path, run smoothly and accurately, and transport component trays to various processing stations within the workspace with precision.
Solution:
Hangfa provides the OmniTitan AGV model with a carrying capacity of 30t. The wheel system adopts omnidirectional differential steering wheels and is equipped with hydraulic suspension. Through the hydraulic suspension system of each unit, the force balance between multiple units of the vehicle is maintained, allowing the wheels of the vehicle to adapt to complex ground environments. The bottom of the AGV is equipped with magnetic navigation sensors and RFID sensors, which can adapt to high-precision automatic guidance and positioning of complex working conditions in the workshop.
