Project Background:
Transformer products in the power industry are heavy, with common transformers weighing up to 100t~200t and many reaching up to 200t~400t. Transformer manufacturers use cranes for lifting, which incurs high construction costs, occupies crane resources, has a high risk factor, cannot transport inside and outside the workshop, has high labor costs, and is inefficient. The customer requires an AGV that can carry a weight of 100-400 tons and can perform cross workshop and indoor/outdoor handling.
Solution:
Hangfa provides the OmniTitan heavy-duty omnidirectional vehicle with a carrying capacity of 110 tons, which can be remotely controlled to travel from inside the workshop to outside. The omnidirectional vehicle adopts wheel system lifting, which can drill into the bottom of the tooling rack to lift the tooling and transport the transformer. Omnidirectional vehicles have strong climbing and obstacle crossing performance, which can meet the transportation needs of cross workshop or inside workshop to outside workshop, and can adapt to complex outdoor working environments.
