Application of 80t omnidirectional lifting AGV in the transportation of components of wind turbine n

Project Background:

The traditional transportation method for wind turbine nacelle components is air cushion vehicle transportation, which has limited transportation paths, cannot climb slopes, high ground requirements, high maintenance costs, and complex operations. Especially when building new factories, high costs need to be invested in constructing high standard ground and arranging compressed air access points throughout the entire area. The customer requires an AGV with lifting function that can deliver the engine compartment (impeller) assembly offline from the assembly station to the finished product storage station. It can achieve manual remote control of dual vehicle linkage and carry large engine compartments (impellers).

Solution:

Hangfa provides the OmniTitan model omnidirectional lifting AGV, which consists of four sets of differential steering wheels and can achieve straight, inclined, translational, turning, stationary rotation, and composite motion. AGV with self lifting function can drill into the impeller support fixture to lift the fixture and impeller together for transportation. AGV has sensor interfaces that can integrate dual vehicle linkage to achieve the transportation of larger and longer workpieces.
