Goldwind Hami, Dabancheng and other wind power equipment green and intelligent manufacturing industrial bases adopt energy conservation and environmental protection, industrial Internet, big data and other technologies to promote the production of wind turbine products to achieve the goal of green, low-carbon, intelligent and efficient in high-end equipment manufacturing. The customer requires an AGV that can be used for automated production of factory wheels and engine compartments according to production needs.
Hangfa provides two sets of OmniTitan AGVs with a carrying capacity of 80 tons. The wheel system consists of four sets of differential steering wheel sets, which have the functions of rotating, lifting, and hanging around themselves. The wheel sets can achieve straight, inclined, translational, turning, in-situ rotation, composite motion, and self lifting function of the whole vehicle. They can also drill into the support fixtures of the wheel hub and engine compartment to lift the fixtures, wheel hub, and engine compartment together. The AGV system adopts a ground mounted magnetic stripe navigation method, and is combined with an RFID positioning system to achieve precise positioning of the AGV on the preset route and at various workstations. Each AGV is equipped with dual collision protection, including contact and non-contact collision protection, to prevent accidents during operation. The two AGVs can also achieve synchronous linkage in series or parallel.
