With the increasing single unit power of wind turbines, the size and weight of their components are also increasing, and the offshore wind turbine nacelle is approaching 400 tons. If a new factory building is constructed, the construction cost will be high based on the required wall load-bearing capacity and driving requirements. The customer requires an AGV with lifting function, which can place the engine room and components on the rack, replace the crane to transport them to various assembly positions for assembly, and can be transported inside and outside the workshop.
Hangfa provides three OmniTitan heavy-duty AGVs with carrying capacities of 200t/70t/50t respectively. The AGVs can be operated remotely or automatically within and outside the workshop. By using wheel system lifting, the tooling can be lifted and transported by drilling into the bottom of the tooling rack. Installing magnetic navigation sensors and RFID sensors at the bottom can enable AGV to automatically extend the magnetic stripe and accurately locate. The magnetic strip is buried to ensure that it is not damaged and extends its lifespan. Additionally, the width of the magnetic strip is very narrow, which does not affect the passage of other vehicles or personnel in the workshop. AGV has good climbing performance, protection level IP54, and can be used normally in light rain weather.
