13t AGV applied to material handling

Project Background:

The usual unloading and handling methods on the project site are labor-intensive and cannot guarantee the stability of equipment transportation. The customer requires an AGV that can smoothly transport materials from the truck to the warehouse, reduce the impact of equipment vibration, and has lifting function and precise docking with the tail device of the truck.

Solution:

Hangfa provides the OmniTitan AGV model with a carrying capacity of 13 tons. The wheel system adopts eight sets of steering wheel units, with four sets as driving wheels and four sets as driven wheels. It adopts an independent hydraulic suspension device with shock absorption effect to reduce the vibration impact on the transport equipment. And ensure that the 8 sets of wheels are evenly stressed. AGV adopts screw lifting method, with a lifting stroke of 100mm. Materials weighing up to 13 tons can be transferred to the AGV through the conveyor platform carried by the AGV through manual remote control or automatic navigation. Multiple sensors are arranged at both ends of the AGV platform, such as PGV QR code sensors, laser ranging sensors, etc., which can adjust multiple degrees of freedom to achieve precise docking with the rear docking device of the truck.
