Application of 25t latent AGV in the transportation of welded structural components

Project Background:


The traditional hydraulic support production workshop uses a crane to transfer welded structural components to a track flatbed for transportation. The track flatbed has a fixed path, inflexible movement, complex construction, and high maintenance costs. The customer requires an AGV to replace traditional fixed track rail transport vehicles and enable flexible transportation of hydraulic support welded structural components.

 



Solution:


Hangfa provides two OmniAnt models of latent AGVs with a carrying capacity of 25 tons. The wheel system adopts four sets of steering wheel sets (two sets of driving wheels and two sets of driven wheels). It has two control modes, one can be manually controlled through wired or wireless remote control, and the other can be laser automatic navigation. It can meet the transportation of hydraulic support welding parts within 25t between various workstations in the welding workshop. AGV adopts DC brushless servo motor and driver, DC power supply, no inverter system, which can improve energy conversion rate, reduce failure rate, and save costs.
