Project Background:

When conducting heat treatment on aircraft wings, a transport vehicle is required to carry the wing tooling rack and the wings into a hot press tank for heat treatment. Due to the limitation of the width dimension of the wing tooling, the customer requires a multi-layer rack car for the hot press tank, with a slender bar shaped body, strong width and load-bearing capacity of a single wheel set, and no deviation during the process of entering the hot press tank.

Solution:

Hangfa provides multi-layer hot press tank racks with a load-bearing capacity of 30t. Adopting an 8-group active steering wheel system design, the single wheel has a high load-bearing capacity and occupies a small amount of vehicle width space. The single wheel is equipped with independent suspension, hydraulic shock absorber lifting system, and independent hydraulic cylinder balance support, which can achieve small stroke lifting and lowering of the vehicle. After entering the tooling rack, it can be lifted for transportation, reducing the risk of wing deformation and damage during transportation. The car is equipped with a magnetic navigation system that can achieve magnetic stripe guidance, ensuring the accuracy of the car's walking deviation and smoothly carrying the wings into the hot press tank.
