Project Background:

The customer requires a forklift type AGV with explosion-proof and lifting functions, which can replace manual entry into caves to transport materials and can be widely used in other similar caves.

Solution:

Hangfa provides the OmniAnt mobile forklift AGV with a carrying capacity of 7.5 tons. The wheel system consists of two sets of steering wheel units and two sets of driven wheel units. Forklift AGV has lifting function and achieves 3250mm long stroke lifting through hydraulic cylinders. The entire vehicle adopts explosion-proof design, with an explosion-proof rating of ExdIIBT4Gb. The AGV control mode can use manual remote control and magnetic stripe automatic navigation. The module can be controlled to rise and fall through a remote control, with continuously adjustable height. It is equipped with a hydraulic lock to achieve self-locking function and prevent settlement.
